Rapid Test with Laboratory Confirmation

The same 14-panel rapid drug screen on site, then your urine specimen goes to a CAP-accredited laboratory for quantitative LC-MS/MS confirmation with measured levels on the report. Every laboratory report goes to a Medical Review Officer (MRO), a physician who reviews laboratory-confirmed results and accounts for valid prescriptions before the report is released. Results in about 72 hours.

A drug test at your door

How a visit works in Venice

Venice packs several kinds of address into a small area, and a drug test visit adapts to each. Along the walk-streets near the beach and the Venice Canals, homes face a pedestrian walkway with no car access. The collector parks on the nearest street or alley and walks in, and a note in the app about which walkway or footbridge to take saves them a lap. Oakwood and the streets off Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Venice Boulevard are largely bungalows on small lots, some with a rear unit reached from the alley, so say which door is yours. Apartment buildings and newer condominiums along Lincoln Boulevard, Main Street and Pacific Avenue usually need a unit number and a callbox code. The buildings on Ocean Front Walk back onto Speedway, the narrow street behind them, so tell the collector which side to come to. South of Washington Boulevard, the narrow streets of the Marina Peninsula and the houses of the Oxford Triangle work the same way: the collector navigates to the pin you place. Parking near the beach is the collector's problem, not yours.

Every Venice address, in 90291 or on a Venice block of 90292, is checked against the live service area on the booking screen before you pay. Windows are 30 minutes long and run from 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, and the earliest one is 3 hours after you book. The collector comes in plain clothes and an unmarked vehicle, which matters on a walkway you share with neighbors. At your door they check the private PIN on your screen before starting. The urine specimen is temperature-checked, and the collector reads all 14 panels, fentanyl and EtG among them, during the visit. The specimen is then sealed in a tamper-evident container, photographed, and signed for by the collector and the person tested. If you chose the Rapid Test with Laboratory Confirmation, that sealed specimen goes to a CAP-accredited laboratory for LC-MS/MS testing, with measured levels in about 72 hours. After a rapid-only visit, you have 2 hours from collection to add laboratory confirmation in the app.

Questions from Venice

Before you book a drug test in Venice

I live on a walk-street or along the canals. How does the collector reach my door?

On foot from the nearest street. The walk-streets and the canal walkways have no car access, so the collector parks where they can and walks in. When you book, place the pin on your actual front door. Once a collector is assigned, message them in the app with the walkway, footbridge or alley gate to use. At the door they confirm the private PIN on your screen, and only then does the collection start.

Can I book an early visit before work?

Yes. Arrival windows run from 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, in 30-minute slots. The earliest window you can pick is 3 hours after you book, so a 7 AM window has to be booked by 4 AM. Booking it the evening before is simplest. When the collector sets out, the app shows their progress live on the map.

Can a parent, a therapist or an employer book the test for someone in Venice?

Yes, as a someone-else booking. A parent, a professional such as a therapist, psychologist or family-law professional, or an employer books for the person being tested, and that person's consent is recorded at booking. One person is tested per booking. If the person is a minor, a parent or legal guardian stays for the whole visit and signs the consent in the minor's place. Results are released privately to the account that placed the order, or to a named third party with the account holder's written consent.

Which parts of Venice do you reach?

All of Venice: the 90291 zip, from Rose Avenue and Oakwood south through Abbot Kinney Boulevard, the walk-streets near the beach and the Venice Canals, plus the Venice blocks of 90292 south of Washington Boulevard, the Marina Peninsula and the Oxford Triangle. A canal house and an apartment on Pacific Avenue get the same 14-panel urine drug test, read at the door, with laboratory confirmation available on any order.
