When laboratory confirmation is ordered, the laboratory report with measured levels is tied to the same record by the same custody code, so one record answers for the whole collection. The laboratory report is released privately to the account holder. With the account holder's written consent, Testr also releases it directly to a named third party.

Can the laboratory confirm substances the 14-panel screen does not cover?
Yes. The CAP-accredited laboratory confirms an 81-substance menu by LC-MS/MS, which includes the kratom alkaloids, psilocin, four synthetic cannabinoids, tramadol, ketamine and others the rapid cassette does not screen.
