How fast can you come?
The earliest arrival window is 3 hours after you book. Windows run every 30 minutes from 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, so a visit booked by 4 PM can still happen the same day when a window is open. Book later and the earliest window is the next morning from 7 AM. Every open window is shown before you pay.
Your arrival window is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Cancel from the app before a collector is dispatched and we refund you in full, to the card you paid with. If we are going to miss your window, we will tell you in the app, and you can take the next available window or cancel for a full refund; the same applies if we cannot staff your visit at all. Why not a pharmacy drug test kit?
Pediatric guidance is blunt about home drug test kits: inaccurate, easy to cheat, and hard on trust.

Dilution, substitution, timing: teenagers know every trick. Testr collections are professionally handled, with temperature checks and tamper-evident seals.

Every laboratory report goes to a Medical Review Officer (MRO), a physician who reviews laboratory-confirmed results and accounts for valid prescriptions before the report is released.

You never have to be the one holding the cup.
Does a parent have to be there?
Yes. When the person tested is a minor, a parent or legal guardian stays for the whole visit and signs the consent in the minor's place. The result is released privately to the account that placed the order, in the app or as a PDF at testrla.com/account.
What does the test screen for?
Fourteen panels: amphetamines, methamphetamine, THC, cocaine, opiates, oxycodone, methadone, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, barbiturates, MDMA, PCP, fentanyl and EtG for alcohol, with creatinine, oxidant and pH checks on the specimen.
