The collector checks identity with a door PIN, collects a urine specimen, reads a 14-panel rapid screen before leaving and seals the specimen under a chain-of-custody code.

Yes. On a Testr visit a certified collector handles the whole collection at your address: an identity check at the door, a temperature check on the urine specimen, the 14-panel rapid read on site, a tamper-evident seal, and signatures from both the person tested and the collector. With a drugstore cup, the person being tested collects and reads it alone. With a mail-in kit, they collect it alone and post it. Laboratory confirmation by LC-MS/MS at a CAP-accredited laboratory can be chosen at booking or added in the app within 2 hours of collection, with measured levels in about 72 hours.

You, in your account. The certified collector sees the result only while the visit is under way, and cannot share or download records afterwards. A small number of authorized Testr administrators can read results for support and chain of custody. We never release results to employers, schools, insurers or family members unless you share them yourself, you authorize the release in writing, or the law requires it. With your written consent, Testr releases the laboratory report directly to a third party you name: an attorney, an employer, a program or a clinician. Face ID lock keeps out anyone holding your phone.
