OPI300 (Opiates)
Opiates are natural opioids such as morphine, codeine, and heroin, including some prescription pain and cough medicines.
Detection window: Usually detectable in urine for 2-3 days after use, at a 300 ng/mL screening cutoff.
Prescriptions: Codeine or morphine prescriptions, and even poppy seeds, can cause a positive; the MRO review accounts for valid prescriptions on lab-confirmed tests.
How Testr tests for it

For measured levels rather than a positive/negative read, add laboratory confirmation: a certified lab quantifies the result and an independent Medical Review Officer reviews it before release.
