How long does cocaine stay in your system?
That range is typical rather than a guarantee: how much was taken, how often, body weight and hydration all move it.
The screening cutoff above is the level at or above which the on-site cassette reads positive. Below it the panel reads negative even when a trace is present, which is why the cutoff matters as much as the number of days.
Can a prescription cause a positive on the Cocaine panel?
No common prescription contains cocaine, but two documented exposures produce a genuine positive: cocaine is still used as a topical anesthetic in some ear, nose and throat procedures, and coca leaf tea contains enough to read positive. What does a positive on the Cocaine drug test panel mean?

Benzoylecgonine is what a urine test looks for because it lingers: cocaine itself is gone from urine far sooner, while the metabolite reaches urine within a few hours of use and stays above the screening cutoff for the days quoted above. It is also why the form matters less than people expect. Powder and crack are the same drug, both produce benzoylecgonine, and the panel cannot tell them apart; how much was used, how often, and the cutoff printed on the cup are what move the window.

COC stands for cocaine. On a Testr report, and on most test cups, this panel is printed as COC. On a Testr screen the COC panel reads positive at or above 150 ng/mL, and it is usually detectable in urine for 2-4 days after use, and up to about two weeks after heavy or repeated use.
What is the COC cutoff on a drug test?
150 ng/mL on a Testr screen: at or above that level the COC panel reads positive, below it negative. Other cups can print COC with a different cutoff. Laboratory confirmation applies its own cutoff to each compound it measures and reports the measured level rather than a positive or negative.
